Born and raised in Chicago Travon has made a name for himself in the art world in the past 3 years. His journey began in 2013 his freshman year at K-State, where he began to draw to help relieve him of stress from his first college finals. He started posting his sketches online for the world to see, and soon after he began to get commissions from people. Travon denied most of his commissions at first because he only wanted to draw to ease his mind and not for profit. It wasn't until 2015 when he changed his perspective on his artwork. He began to notice major blogs/pages were posting his art  gaining him more recognition, eventually making him take his art more serious. In 2016 Travon created a series of drawings that embodied ancient Kemet's culture, to no surprise these drawings elevated him to a new level. These bodies of work helped him gain the spotlight after American singer and songwriter Jhene Aiko tweeted his work. Soon after, Chicago's golden child Chance The Rapper even noticed Travon's work and commissioned him to make a piece for him as well. Later on in the year, one of Travon's biggest inspirations AK The Savior of The Underachievers assigned him to design his Mixtape cover for Blessings In The Gray 2. During this time Travon also managed to expand his artwork onto different mediums, such as,  rugs, blankets, and clothing making his brand more unique. Towards the end of 2016 entertainment studio SuperDeluxe noticed Travon's artwork and contracted him to design their 2017 January Channel artwork. From drawing sketches in his bedroom Travon now creates beautiful pieces of artwork that inspires hundreds.
